When a break down occurs, we will send one of our highly experienced engineers to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Our engineers are fully trained in their specialist fields, including manufacturer training giving us the lasted information on all your equipment.
As authorised distributors we work closely with manufacturers keeping up to date on component changes and unit diagnosis. We undertake service work on gas, electric, and refrigerated appliances, with all appropriate qualifications and certifications adhered to and all of our work is fully guaranteed.

Our on site service ranges from callouts to repair catering equipment including; both gas & electric appliances, combination ovens, microwave ovens, refrigeration and dishwashers/glass washers to routine annual maintenance/servicing of equipment. Our fully COMCAT gas safe qualified and manufacturer trained engineers can; issue gas safety certificates, install gas interlocks, provide consultation to bring existing installations up to BS 6173 BS 6173:2001.
Preventative maintenance is an important consideration to ensure maximum energy and cooking efficiency, as well as safety. Service and maintenance contracts for both new and existing equipment can be arranged if required.
All our maintenance contracts are designed to suit each individual client, we simply attend site, take an equipment schedule and discuss your requirement, all totally free of charge with no obligation.
Comprehensive spare parts are carried on our services vehicles, ensuring ‘first call out fixes’ wherever possible, keeping equipment downtime to a minimum and thus giving you complete peace of mind.
We also hold in stock a wide range of parts for commercial catering equipment and will attempt to source any spare part on your behalf.
